Día Internacional del Yoga

Una vez más, aprovechamos este 21 de Junio para celebrar en nuestras aulas de 1º el Día Internacional de Yoga, tras las experiencias tan estupendas y creativas que estamos desarrollando a lo largo del curso a través de nuestros centros colaboradores de eTwinning y nuestro proyecto "Sunshine in my heart and my body". 

Los niños disfrutan de la música y de las canciones en cualquier área, por este motivo hemos aprovechado y nos hemos centrado en ciencias naturales en el cuerpo humano y el entorno de la naturaleza para, a través de simbología y gestos aprender esta preciosa canción para este día especial.

La respiración, los asanas, las yogui-historias y la relajación han sido nuestro objetivo, sentir nuestro cuerpo y mente y hacer que los más pequeños vivan este día de una forma diferente.

¡Lo han pasado genial!

Once again, we take advantage of this day, 21st of  June  to celebrate the International Yoga Day in our school, after the great and creative experiences that we have had through our eTwinning and our project: "Sunshine" project in my heart and my body. "

Children enjoy music and songs in any lesson, this is why we have focused on natural science and in the human body and mind. They have learn through symbols and gesturesthis beautiful song for this special day.

Breathing, asanas, yogi-stories and relaxation have been our goals this morning and during the project. We wanted our children to feel the body and the mind in a different way.

They have had a great time!
